Study at MITQ as an International Student
Mauritius, an Indian Ocean gem, is renowned for its stability, economic prosperity, and multicultural harmony. As a regional hub for finance, outsourcing, tourism, and education, the island offers a safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment for international learners. With a diverse population of around 1.2 million, Mauritius provides a unique opportunity to study in a global context while enjoying a high standard of living.

At MITQ, we offer internationally recognised UK qualifications from Training Qualifications UK (TQUK), regulated by Ofqual (England) and approved by the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA). Our programmes span three core faculties:
-
Childcare and Education – Level 5 and Level 6 Diplomas for aspiring teachers, early years practitioners, and education leaders.
-
Health and Social Care – Diplomas designed for future healthcare professionals, social care specialists, and community leaders.
-
Business Management – Advanced diplomas in leadership, management, and entrepreneurship, preparing students for the global business environment.
Our Level 5 and Level 6 programmes provide clear pathways for academic progression, including the opportunity to complete your final year at the Open University of Mauritius, earning a fully recognised bachelor’s degree while studying locally.
